We start the month with the final 2008 Michigan snow X series race -
The Kewadin Casinos Manistique Snow X series finals on March 1-2
presented by the Manistique Area Tourism Council. This event has
proven to be one of the best stops of the series and we are always
have a great turnout with spectators, friends and family for the
series drivers to close out the series with a bang. We then head to
Boyne Mountain Resort for the US Open Snow X Championships on March
29th. This event is our only 1 day event and we welcome all drivers
to attend and do battle o the Boyne Mountain course. We will have
late registration on fri March 28th from 5-8pm. Our series awards
dinner is also this weekend at 7:30pm on Saturday March 29th.

February 1st 2008
We have 2 action packed weekends of MSXRA Snocross racing this
month. The Munising Snow X presented by Munising Visitors Bureau and
Munising Pro Sports on the 9-10 2008 returns for our second visit to
downtown Munising. Then we head to St. Ignace for the Kewadin
Casinos St. Ignace Snow X on the 16-17 2008.
The Kewadin Casinos will be giving away a pair of snowmobiles on
Friday Feb. 8th in Christmas Mi. and on Sat. Feb. 16 in St. Ignace.
Racing starts at 9:30am on each day and tickets are sold at the
entry gate. Thank you to all of the drivers, crews and supporters of
our Michigan Snow X Series!

Happy New Year from the Fun Promotions LLC family to your family!
It’s time to go racing and we have 3 weekends full of snocross
racing in store for you to start the year. We again will start our
season with the Zellar’s Village Inn / Newberry Snow X on January
5-6 then we will travel to Munising for the 1st time with the
Kewadin Casinos / Munising Snow X on the 12-13. Then we head south
to our only downstate race, the Birch Run Expo Snow X on January
26-27. This month will be packed with great snocross racing action
and we are ready to go.

December 4th 2007
The 2008 Michigan Snow X Series is set and ready to go racing! I
just returned from the UP and the trails are OPEN and the
dealerships are busy! This is the first time in the past 5-6 years
that the trails have been open with snow this early, I think that a
great sign for our season. We have added a second date in Munising
on Feb 9-10 2008 and the city is moving in snow already! Our driver
packets will be mailed next week when our 2008 Michigan Snow X
Racing NEWS is delivered and the ISR rule books are also on the way.
Sorry for the delay on the membership packets, just been hard
nailing down the final details for all of the races. But we are
ready to go racing – Are you?
Our entire staff of the Fun Promotions LLC wishes all of our racers
and supporters a safe a happy holiday season.

For the 1st time MSXRA will not be attending the Novi snow show, we
are still working with some New race venues and sponsorships to put
the best series of Michigan snocross events together for your
enjoyment. Jake and I have been traveling to the our race locations
getting everything ready for the 2008 season. Newberry will again
host our season opening event January 5-6, they have cleared more
land that added more track view pits and spectator parking. The US
Open Snow X Championships at Boyne Mountain will be moving to a
different hill for this year’s event and a new track layout is
planed for the March 29th race.
Membership cards will start being sent out this month, and our
memberships are still the best value in Michigan snocross racing.
Our entire staff of the Fun Promotions LLC urges you get ready for
another season of quality MSXRA snocross racing coming very soon.
Don’t forget the photo specials from the 2004-2007 seasons….
